Information reaching Ekinzo.blogspot.com has revealed that the Suspended dialogue between the Ogun State Government and representatives of organised Labour, has resumed in Abeokuta this morning.
An authoritative source confirmed that the negotiation recommenced this morning with the Secretary to the State Government, Mr. Tokunbo Talabi, leasing the government delegation, while on the side of the labour were the chairmen of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress (TUC), along with other top labour leaders.
It would be recalled that the Ogun State Government had appealed to the labour leaders to return to the negotiation table for the continuation of the discussion on the new minimum wage alongside other matters relating to workers welfare in the state.
Details later…
