Social Welfare Officers in Ogun State have been charged on the need to respond rapidly, as well as manage Gender Based Violence as soon as they come across such within the State.
The State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development, Mrs. Funmi Eduwape gave this charge during a 3-Day training on "Rapid Response/Management of Gender Based Violence Occurrence in The State for Social Welfare Officers" held at Women Development Center, Oke-Ilewo, Abeokuta.
