𝐎𝐧𝐢𝐩𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐬 𝐁𝐨𝐬𝐬, 𝐔𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐮𝐞𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲.

The Onipokia of Ipokia Kingdom, Oba Sola Adeniyi Olaniyan , Oshingin II in company of our revered Traditional Rulers across Ipokia LG received the new Controller of the Federal Operations Unit Zone ‘A’, Ikeja of the Nigeria Customs Service, Comptroller Kola Oladeji in his Palace today. He was in company of Ogun Area Command 1 Idiroko controller, Ojo Folorunsho Moses and some senior officers of the Command. 

In the cause of the visit, the Customs boss has declared that the era of accidental discharge by his men is over. He emphasized that officers of the NCS under the current leadership of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and CG Adeniyi are poised with trade facilitation and revenue generation.

The monarch, flanked by the Ololo of Ijofin, Alase of Ilashe, Opo of Idosemo, Alaye of Oniro Agude, Onita Ege of Ita Ege, Onimede of Mede, Onihubo of Ihunbo, Ogiyan of Alaari, prominent Ipokia Chiefs led by Chief Aro among others.

They appreciate the familiarization tour of the border communities while urging the Federal Government to consider timely lifting of ban on supply of Petroleum Products to the border communities within the 20km threshold as the hardship of Nigerians living in these communities is untold. They equally called for more intervention and legacy projects across the border community to alleviate the sufferings of border dwellers.

The deliberations bother on other areas of community relations with the NCS officials and peaceful cohabitation.
