Yesterday, Olugbo in Odeda Local Government played host to a multitude of dignitaries, including the Speaker, Ogun State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Oludaisi Elemide, the Honourable Commissioner for Health, Dr. Tomi Coker who was ably represented by the Permanent Secretary, Ogun State Hospital Management Board, Dr. Mrs. Olayinka Elemide, sons and daughters of the local government, as they gathered to witness the commissioning of the renovated, remodelled, and equipped Engr. Adisa Adeyinka Primary Healthcare Centre, Olugbo. This exemplary project, proudly sponsored by Major General A.A Adeyinka, was supported by the Executive Chairman, Odeda Local Government, Hon. Adeyemo Folasade PhD during her first term administration.
The Primary Healthcare Centre, Olugbo was aptly named after Engr. Adisa Adeyinka, an illustrious son of the village, in recognition of his outstanding support and contributions to the project, as well as his laudable activities within the Odeda Local Government.
Major General A.A Adeyinka, son of Engr. Adisa Adeyinka, demonstrated exceptional commitment to the well-being of the community by providing health insurance for all JSS 1-3 students of Olugbo High School, which was later extended to all students from JSS 1 to SS3, as well as some categories of villagers.
The Primary Healthcare Centre, Olugbo boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including separate male and female wards, toilets, bathrooms, and modern staff quarters. In her goodwill message, Hon. Adeyemo Folasade PhD expressed her gratitude to His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun CON led administration for their unwavering support and to the people of Olugbo for their cooperation, which ensured the project's seamless completion. She gladly appreciated the donor, Major General A.A Adeyinka for his generosity extended.
As part of the Adeyemo's GBAYI mantra, which emphasizes Affordable Health and Agriculture, Hon. Adeyemo Folasade PhD urged the community to take full advantage of the healthcare centre's services when it becomes operational.

With another Civil Military Corporation (CIMIC) project underway at Baleshi in Bode Olude under Odeda Local Government, Adeyemo is calling on all well-meaning Odeda sons and daughters at home and in diaspora to come and join hands together with her in delivering dividends of democracy to the community.
